How to Grill Fish
I bet you have always wondered how to grill fish
without it sticking to grill!
Although you probably know how to grill steak, grilling fish is something quite different. Because, fish somehow always stick to your grill racks.
Whether you have an outdoor electric grill, or a homemade barbecue grill, the recipe is the same.
Instructions
- Clean the fish of its scales, gills and insides, wash it and dry thoroughly with a paper towel.
- Before you grill the fish (bonito, tuna, etc.), remove the head, and then cut into 2.5 cm (1 inch) thick slices.
- Season it with olive oil and salt to taste.
Note: It is tastier to oil the fish before grilling (it gives the fish a special flavor). However, it is carcinogenic if you use an open fire grill or a barbecue (if you do, oil the fish later).
If you grill fish on the electric grill, you can oil it before grilling.
- Put the fish on a preheated grill pulling it back and forth a few times along the bars to prevent the fish from sticking. It will be easier to turn it over.
- Grill on a moderate heat.
- Fish is grilled first on one side for about 5-10 minutes (depending on its thickness), then on the other side. It should be turned only once.
- After the fish is done, you can season it with olive oil, lemon juice, parsley and garlic.

Make a sauce of 4 tablespoons olive oil, 4 tablespoons lemon juice, 2-3 crushed garlic cloves and finely chopped parsley.
Stir well and season the grilled fish. Yummy!
If you follow this simple rules, on how to grill fish, and it still sticks to your grill racks, you probably didn't dry it properly, or it wasn't ready to be lifted off the grill.
After grilling fish this way a few times, you will be the best "fish barbecue master"! Congratulations!
Get a party rolling!
